Investing in massage is an investment in your health.

Massage:  Choose from Swedish, Deep tissue or Pregnancy.

Raindrop Technique:  9 Essential oils are put on the vital flex points of the spine of the feet and then the spine of the back.  Typically it is just a very light and feathery back massage but I have incorporated a full back treatment along with the techniques.  

Hot Stone Massage: Choose from Swedish or Deep tissue massage.  Hot stones used on full body.  

Reflexology:  Apply pressure to the feet with specific thumb, finger and hand techniques. It is based on a theory that these body parts are connected to certain organs and the body systems. 

Spa Massage:  Enjoy this special spa treatment from head to toe!  Start off with dry brushing, which helps with lymphatic support, exfoliation, clean pores, reduces cellulite and natural energy boost. Then receive a hot stone massage along with some reflexology!  

Massage with Reiki:  Enjoy Massage and Reiki together.  One hour of massage with half hour of Reiki.

Reiki:  Positive energy is channeled into your body with placement of hands above or lightly on the body. Colored stones are sometimes used on the body as well.

Chair Massage:  Client sits leaning forward with his or her head resting on a pad, and the massage is only on neck, shoulders and back.
